How it works
Four steps from sign-up to an audit-ready training record.
Step 1: Sign up and pick a plan
Your portal is live immediately at yourcompany.planetiso.com, or planetiso.com/org/yourcompany while your subdomain propagates.
Step 2: Invite people and set positions
Add employees by email or CSV. Define positions and attach the courses each one requires.
Step 3: Assign training
Use the included PlanetISO library, add courses from the marketplace, or build your own in the course builder.
Step 4: Track, remind, certify
Watch the matrix, let reminders go out on their own, and download certificates anyone can verify at planetiso.com/verify.

A curated library of our ISO, aerospace, medical device and safety courses comes with every plan. Add any other course as a per-seat add-on from the marketplace inside your portal.
Build your own courses
Slides, quizzes and a final exam in a simple builder. Upload an SOP or work instruction and collect read-and-understood acknowledgements with a date and signature.
Your brand
Your logo and colors on the portal, the emails and the certificates for the courses you author. Each certificate names your company as the issuer and verifies publicly.
Reminders and reports
Due-soon and overdue reminders go out by email to the learner and their manager. Completion and expiry reports by position, in English and Spanish, with CSV export.

Questions
- What counts as a learner?
- Anyone with the Learner role. People who only manage the portal (owners, admins, managers) do not use a seat.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes, from billing at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated.
- Which PlanetISO courses are included?
- A library we curate for company plans. Other courses can be added per seat from the marketplace inside your portal.
- Is there a trial?
- No. You can browse the demo portal first, and we are glad to walk you through it.
- Can my employees use their existing PlanetISO accounts?
- Yes. When you invite someone who already has a PlanetISO account, they keep that account and every certificate they have earned. Your portal is added to it.
- Do certificates from my own courses look official?
- They carry your logo and your company name as the issuer, a CO- certificate number, and they verify at planetiso.com/verify with the issuer shown.
