Refund policy
Last updated October 13, 2026
All sales are final
Courses are digital content that you can open and use as soon as your order is paid, so all sales are final. We do not give refunds because a course was not what you expected, because you changed your mind, or because you no longer need the training. Please read the course page, including the outline, the learning outcomes and any "Before you buy" notice, before you purchase. Questions before buying are welcome at support@planetiso.com.
When we do refund
- Duplicate purchases. If you accidentally buy a course you already own, we refund the duplicate in full.
- Charged in error. If you were charged more than once for the same order, or charged an amount different from the price shown at checkout, we refund the difference.
- Access problems we cannot fix. If a technical problem on our side prevents you from accessing a course and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time after you report it, we refund that course.
- Unredeemed team seats. Seat codes from a team purchase that have not been redeemed by anyone can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
To ask for a refund under one of these cases, email support@planetiso.com with your order reference.
Courses that cover part of a regulatory requirement
Some safety courses, such as forklift operator training, lockout/tagout, bloodborne pathogens, hazard communication and PPE, deliver only the classroom instruction that a regulation requires. The regulation also requires things that online training cannot provide, such as hands-on practice, a practical evaluation in the workplace, site-specific training, a live question-and-answer session or employer certification. Each of these courses lists what your employer must still provide in a "Before you buy" notice on the course page, and again inside the course. Because these obligations are disclosed before purchase, they are not grounds for a refund.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. When a refund is issued, access to the refunded course is removed. Any certificate already issued for that course is revoked.
Group and invoice purchases
A redeemed team seat is that learner's course and follows the rules above. A full refund of an order cancels every unredeemed code from it and removes access for the seats that were redeemed. Terms agreed in writing for invoiced group purchases take precedence over this policy.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived by agreement.
