About this course
ISO 9001:2026 clause 7.3 requires every person working under your company's control to be aware of the quality policy, the objectives that apply to them, how they contribute, what happens when the system is not followed, and, new in the 2026 edition, the importance of ethical behaviour and the quality culture. This course delivers that awareness in plain language for operators, inspectors, stores, purchasing and office staff.
You will learn what ISO 9001 is, why your company is certified, how the clauses from 4 to 10 fit together, what changed in the 2026 edition and what did not. You will find out how to explain the quality policy in your own words, where to find your objectives, how to check that the document on your bench is the current revision, and how to handle the questions an auditor asks at a workstation.
The course then puts the four ideas behind the standard to work: quality culture and ethical behaviour, customer focus including the next process as your customer, the process approach applied to your own job, and risk-based thinking at the bench and the receiving dock. The final module covers nonconforming outputs, correction versus corrective action, improvement, internal and external audits, and scenarios with a decision to make.
The course closes with a 10-question examination drawn from a bank of 20. On passing you receive a PlanetISO Certificate of Completion with lifetime access to the course content. The certificate does not expire.
